Hey there, my name is Rory.

 

I grew up on a farm outside Vermilion, Alberta where I developed a deep connection with the outdoors. I enjoy spending time connecting with the natural world whether it is in the form of camping and hiking backcountry trails, riding my horse through northern pasture land or fishing on the rivers and lakes in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

 

When I was 22 years old I received a hand-me-down Nikon D200 camera and I immediately felt a passionate spark that soon evolved into nature photography. I have been incredibly blessed to be able to spend the time I do surrounded by wildlife and scenic landscapes and I have made it my mission to capture some of those most beautiful and powerful moments and share them with the world.
